Machines are the backbone of your income. Each unlocks at a higher cash threshold and processes fuel more efficiently. Follow this order to minimize grind and reach prestige-ready income fastest.
Recommended Upgrade Order
- Fuel Pump → Auto Pump → Combine (automation first)
- Plot expansion → Acid Pump → Drill
- Reactor → Extractor (bulk upgrade 10× or 100×)
- Fuel Refinery (essential before first prestige)
- Tesla Coil → Orb Reactor → Volcano (post-prestige/endgame)
Starter Fuel Pump
Your first machine. Manually pump fuel into bottles, then load them onto your boat.
Priority: Upgrade early to increase fuel per pump.
Early Auto Pump
Automates fuel collection so you can focus on sailing and upgrades.
Priority: High priority — unlock as soon as affordable.
Early Combine
Merges fuel batches for higher output per cycle.
Priority: Upgrade before expanding plot.
Mid Acid Pump
Processes fuel through acid treatment for significantly higher value.
Priority: Strong mid-game income boost.
Mid Drill
Extracts raw fuel from underground deposits on your plot.
Priority: Pair with reactor upgrades.
Mid Reactor
Processes fuel at industrial scale. A core mid-game machine.
Priority: Upgrade in bulk (10× or 100×) when cash allows.
Mid-Late Extractor
Pulls concentrated fuel from processed batches.
